Qualifications

• 3+ years of leasing experience.
• 1 year supervising leasing personnel.
• Pennsylvania Real Estate License required.
• Experience managing large teams and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Resident Services team.
• Lead leasing process: follow-up, virtual tours, showings, applications, approvals.
• Conduct market surveys and execute marketing outreach.
• Facilitate move-in orientation for residents.
