Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company seeks a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations and optimize occupancy across our communities. You will supervise daily leasing paperwork and drive renewal programs, while analyzing trends and mentoring onsite staff to ensure excellent service.

This role requires strong communication, flexibility to work weekends, and a focus on resident relations and growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must tour the community with clients and climb stairs.
• Driver's license required.
• State license/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assign and proof daily leasing paperwork.
• Audit lease file policy with consistency.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Assist with resident relations, including calls and requests.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Manage marketing strategies, advertising, promotions.
• Review aged vacancies, market-ready apartments and models.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff.
• Additional duties as assigned.
