Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing and marketing leader to oversee the community’s advertising, sales, and leasing operations in Des Moines. You will drive revenue and occupancy goals, supervise the leasing team, and implement innovative pricing, incentives, and marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.

The role requires shepherding marketing plans, ensuring effective use of property management software, and collaborating with maintenance to showcase upgraded, market-ready units.

Qualifications

• Experience directing marketing and leasing activities to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities
