Job summary

Greystar is seeking a dynamic Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our Wisconsin community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure a smooth move-in.

Daily duties include following up with residents, coordinating renewals, and collaborating with maintenance and marketing teams to sustain occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and handling applications.
• Ability to conduct property tours and qualify prospects.
• Familiarity with screening processes and lease signing procedures.
• Valid driver’s license for property access.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks.
• Prepares lease and move-in packages, ensures move-in readiness, and coordinates with maintenance to address items.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs.
• Uses on-site software to track availability, record traffic, manage data, and capture resident information.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease renewals.
