Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations, manage renewals, and ensure top-tier resident relations. The role requires coordinating with on-site staff, analyzing occupancy trends, and driving marketing initiatives.

A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred; at least 1 year leasing experience is expected, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Driver's license may be required per role.

Responsabilités

• Assign and proof daily leasing paperwork.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence.
• Lead lease renewal and resident retention efforts.
• Handle resident relations including calls and requests.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy.
• Support marketing through ads, promotions, and publications.
• Review vacancies and market-ready apartments.
• Train and mentor onsite staff; provide coaching.
