Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, including walking and climbing stairs.
• Driver's license required; state license/certification may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Assign and proof daily leasing paperwork.
• Audit and enforce lease file policy consistently.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Assist with resident relations, including calls, requests, and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Manage and track marketing strategies including ads and promotions.
• Review aged vacancies and market-ready apartments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Manage and track marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Review aged vacancies, market-ready apartments and models.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
