Responsibilities include following up on leads within 24 hours, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting lease renewals. Strong customer service, communication, and team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with RealPage preferred.
• Ability to work a Mon-Fri schedule and alternating Saturdays.
• Strong leasing and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of current prices, property info, and comps.
• Perform leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and sign leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance items.
• Follow up with leads within 24 hours and complete monthly training.
