StoneCreek Communities in Lees Summit, MO is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance requests, on-site repairs, and make-ready of vacant units. The role requires supervisory experience in multifamily properties and the ability to participate in on-call rotations.

You will maintain common areas and conduct routine inspections while ensuring safety standards and cost controls are followed. The company offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal)
• CPO preferred
• CAMT preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Multifamily Maintenance in a Supervisory role
• On-call rotation availability

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policies and codes.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors and obtaining supplies.
• Track inventory and materials, manage supplies, and notify supervisor for re-ordering needs.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and basic repairs as needed.
• Attend safety meetings and complete OSHA-related trainings; ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Complete monthly courses as outlined by StoneCreek
• Assist with hazardous weather prep and emergency response
• Perform other duties as assigned
