Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a results-driven leasing and marketing leader to direct the community’s advertising, sales activities, and leasing operations. You will oversee on-site traffic, pricing, and concessions while leading a leasing team to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.

Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, coordinating print/online campaigns, and ensuring the community meets appearance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Direct and coordinate the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, and leasing processes.
• Lead and train the leasing team to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust pricing, incentives, and advertising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee on-site traffic, inventory of ready apartments, rent pricing and concessions, and day-to-day leasing activities.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and boost traffic and leases.
• Ensure physical community appearance and safety with maintenance teams; inspect ready units for marketability.
• Participate in the leasing process by generating traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, and completing move-ins.
• Review financial and traffic reports to identify issues and present strategies to owners and managers.
• Oversee lease renewals, manage communications for renewals, and assist with move-outs.
