Job summary

LyvWell Apartments LLC is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team at The Gardens Columbus. You will drive occupancy, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier resident service across a multi-unit community.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience and 3–4 years in sales or leasing, with an Associate Degree in Property Management. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. On-site work with attractive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory experience required.
• 3-4 years sales or leasing experience required.
• Associate degree in Property Management required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective residents, assess housing needs, determine eligibility and show units.
• Prepare leases and addendums; maintain records and reports.
• Ensure accuracy of leasing data in property software and review occupancy reports.
• Maintain a presentable leasing office, monitor pricing, and study competitors’ practices.
• Prepare move-in packages, distribute keys, and complete lease signing paperwork.
• Train new leasing staff and enforce company policies.
• Monitor closing ratios and guide the team to meet occupancy goals.
• Assist with resident retention and daily property operations.
