Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Manager for our Summer Bend community. You will oversee leasing operations, maintain occupancy, manage rent collection, and support daily community functions alongside the onsite team.

Requirements include at least 2 years of leasing experience, strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to work weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a focus on delivering excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with leasing experience.
• Proven sales and customer service skills with ability to close deals.
• Professional demeanor, communication abilities, and strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule; some weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices.
• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests.
• Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation.
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and traffic.
• Support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters.
• Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success.
