Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Leasing Manager to join our team.

This role requires frequent travel to our communities to lead leasing and marketing efforts, conduct tours, process applications, and support occupancy goals across Missouri and surrounding areas. The position offers a $45,000 annual salary with company-paid hotel accommodations and daily meal coverage, and the candidate must have a reliable personal vehicle.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively across Missouri and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks including email and MS Office.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead leasing and marketing at assigned communities to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct property tours, process applications, and assist residents through leasing.
• Develop outreach and marketing strategies (social media, flyers, events).
• Support properties needing leasing assistance or occupancy growth.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and area demographics.
• Collaborate with management, compliance, and maintenance teams for daily operations.
• Ensure leasing paperwork and resident files are accurate and compliant.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, vendors, and teams.
• Assist with community events, open houses, and turnover efforts.
