Job summary

Gables is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive sales and revenue growth in our residential communities. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop strategies, coach the sales team, and deliver signature service to residents, associates, vendors and investors.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of residential property management sales experience, is well-organized, and excels at communication under pressure to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous experience in residential property management sales.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead, train, and coach a sales team.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies in collaboration with the General Manager and lead the sales team to maximize revenue.
• Aim to exceed occupancy targets through improved closing ratios and effective team leadership.
• Provide signature service to residents, associates, vendors, and investors.
