The role leads a leasing team, designs and implements marketing strategies, ensures quality control from contact to move-in, and collaborates with vendors to meet budgeted goals while staying abreast of industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of experience in property management or similar high-volume sales/real estate environment.
• Experience with Yardi a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, counsel and manage a leasing team.
• Encourage positive relationships with team, customers and vendors.
• Oversee leasing process from first contact to move-in with quality control.
• Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet budget targets.
• Inspect apartments and the community for quality assurance.
• Oversee marketing and advertising efforts for the community.
• Assist with annual budgets and community plans.
• Ensure purchase orders meet internal quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to community and company engagement.
• Demonstrate behaviors that cultivate a positive work culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

implementing marketing strategies that will achieve and maintain occupancy and revenue
objectives, our Leasing Managers are essential to a community's success.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Hire, train, coach, counsel and manage a successful leasing team
• Encourage and build positive relationships with all team members, customers, and
  vendors
• Oversee leasing process from first point of contact to move-in, ensuring internal
  quality control standards are maintained
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing
  ratios and achieve budgetary goals
• Inspect apartments and the community to ensure product quality
• Oversee all aspects of community marketing and advertising efforts
• Assist with preparation of annual budget and community plans
• Ensure purchase order process is completed according to internal quality control
  standards
• Stay abreast of industry trends
• Contribute to community and company engagement efforts
• Demonstrate behaviors that cultivate a positive work culture
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor

What's required from you:

• High school diploma
• Two years of experience in property management or similar high-volume sales, marketing, or real estate environment
• Experience with Yardi products a plus

Pay Rate:

$45,393 - $61,459
