Job summary

Southern Management Companies is seeking Leasing Professionals in the United States (Woodbridge, VA area) who are energetic, customer-focused, and capable of driving leasing performance while building strong resident relationships.

Responsibilities include managing the leasing process from contact to move-in, following up with prospective residents, and meeting traffic and conversion goals, with some Saturdays required. Benefits and a comprehensive package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Execute follow-up plan for future residents who do not rent on first visit.
• Meet or exceed traffic, application, move-in, wait list, and conversion ratio goals.
• Complete all leasing paperwork and processes per internal quality control processes.
• Inspect apartments and the community to ensure product quality.
• Conduct new resident move-in orientations.
• Contribute to community/company engagement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Strong sales and customer service skills, excellent communicator and able to problem solve. Will also be responsible for community events and marketing/ outreach task for the community.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Our Leasing Professionals are brand ambassadors for our communities, bringing people and apartment homes together. They are energetic and compassionate individuals with sales expertise and a passion for building relationships.

This position requires working 2 Saturdays a month.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Pay Rate:

$17.50 - $25.38
