Impact Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Leasing Manager to support leasing across office and retail portfolios on Long Island. The role involves transaction coordination, lease administration, financial analysis, and close collaboration with brokers, tenants and internal teams.

The ideal candidate brings familiarity with leasing workflows, strong organization, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Yardi or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi) preferred.
• 5 years' experience with portfolio of commercial properties.

Job Function

Overview

Our client a commercially minded Leasing Manager to support leasing activity across its office and retail portfolio while partnering closely with key contacts across the organization and throughout the Long Island commercial real estate industry.

• Interface with ownership, brokers, tenants, legal counsel, accounting, construction, and property management.
• Manage inbound leasing activity, including broker and prospect communication, tour coordination, and follow-up.
• Help prepare deal materials.

Job Requirement

• Familiarity with office and retail leasing workflows, documentation, and tenant coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active matters and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management and lease administration platforms is strongly preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with brokers, tenants, counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Support underwriting of new deals.
• 5 years' experience with portfolio of commercial properties

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $115,000- $125,000
