Job summary

LHH is seeking a Leasing Manager for a premier commercial real estate client to drive leasing activity across the company’s office portfolio, with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue. You will work directly with tenants, brokers, and internal teams to identify opportunities, negotiate lease terms, and close transactions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial real estate experience focusing on leasing.
• Proven success in sales, lease negotiations, transactions, and closing deals.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate including leasing, marketing, property management, and construction.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Real Estate license preferred but not required.
