Job description

Position: Leasing Manager

Join Tripalink Corp., a technology-driven residential brand focused on co-living and standard apartments for students and professionals. We manage approximately 6,000 bed spaces across multiple cities and offer a comprehensive app for renters to manage their living experience.

Position Duties
  • Monitor real estate market trends and develop competitive leasing strategies.
  • Prepare weekly data analysis reports on leasing performance, market trends, and sales data for strategic planning.
  • Implement pre-screening processes, improve tenant application procedures, and reduce delinquent rent payments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant rental laws and regulations.
  • Handle lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and tenant inquiries.
  • Support real estate development activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage leasing staff through training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Real Estate from a U.S. institution.

Salary: $102,000/year | Hours: 40/week | Location: 800 South Harvard Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90005
