Manages and directs marketing, advertising, sales activities, leasing team members, and resources to achieve revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing goals.

• Property Type: Stabilized
• Unit Count: 272
• Schedule: Thursday and Friday off (subject to change)
• Requirements: 2+ years leasing experience, proficiency in Yardi

Essential Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue and occupancy goals through marketing, advertising, sales activities, and managing leasing staff.
• Monitor market conditions, develop marketing strategies, and implement pricing and leasing incentives.
• Develop advertising strategies, utilize technology for promotion, and generate reports using property management software.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure community standards and enhance property appeal.
• Participate in leasing by generating traffic, qualifying prospects, and completing lease agreements.
• Analyze operational reports to improve leasing performance and present strategies to stakeholders.
• Oversee lease renewal programs and manage resident move-outs.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries and resolve issues.
• Supervise leasing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Required Licenses or Certifications:

• Licenses/certifications as required by jurisdiction.
• Valid driver’s license for on-property driving.

Physical Demands:

• Stand, walk, sit, bend, climb, reach, carry objects, and crawl as needed.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 pounds independently, 50 pounds with assistance.
• Travel may be required.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The hourly range is $24.00 to $26.00 in Long Beach, CA.
