The role requires weekend availability, strong knowledge of Fair Housing, and proficiency with Entrata or similar PMS. You will collaborate with the Property Manager to renew leases, manage move-ins, and maintain presentation

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred.
• Customer-service focused with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing activities from inquiry through move-in, handle walk-in traffic, tours, phone calls, and prospect follow-up.
• Generate leases and ensure documentation is accurate and timely; conduct lease approvals.
• Monitor the leasing pipeline and ensure timely follow-up; deliver exceptional customer service and assist with resident retention.
• Assist with the renewal process by proactively contacting residents, presenting renewal offers, overcoming objections and maximizing retention.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents visiting the leasing office; resolve concerns professionally or escalate to the Property Manager.
