The Leasing Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for managing leasing activities, on-site marketing, and outreach to maximize occupancy.

1. Market and lease units to ensure maximum occupancy.
2. Serve as the first contact for leasing inquiries, schedule appointments, and lead tours.
3. Develop and implement marketing initiatives and renewal programs.
4. Maintain maximum occupancy at optimal rates for fiscal stability.
5. Conduct market surveys and confirm unit readiness.
6. Record traffic and activity daily, and follow up with prospects promptly.
7. Assist with hiring and training leasing staff.
8. Handle administrative duties such as filing and typing.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license with insurance, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of Entrata is a plus.

This is an entry-level, full-time position in sales and management.
