Responsibilities

• Monitor lease expirations and proactively contact tenants for renewals or extensions.
• Assist with prospective tenant showings and lease negotiations.
• Provide administrative support to the Community Manager.
• Oversee lease review processes and maintain leasing files.
• Inspect apartments and properties physically.

Marketing

• Update community website and marketing sources with current information.
• Assist in community-specific marketing programs and maintain social media.
• Conduct outreach marketing weekly.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (preferably Yardi).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret leases and operational documents.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
