Responsibilities

• Market and lease units to ensure maximum occupancy
• Serve as the first contact for leasing inquiries, schedule appointments, and lead tours
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives and renewal programs
• Maintain maximum occupancy at optimal rates for fiscal stability
• Conduct market surveys to stay informed on local markets
• Walk model or market units daily to ensure readiness
• Record traffic and activity daily
• Follow up on guest card and follow-up programs promptly
• Notify prospects of application status within 24 hours
• Record and manage resident service requests
• Assist with hiring and training leasing staff
• Handle administrative duties such as filing and typing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Entrata preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on paperwork
