Job summary

Gables Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead and grow the leasing team while delivering outstanding service to residents and stakeholders. The role focuses on driving occupancy, coaching staff, and maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of residential property management sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in residential property management sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet occupancy targets and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership, training, and coaching to the leasing team.
• Increase closing ratios and exceed occupancy budgets.
• Deliver signature service to residents, vendors, and investors.

• Passionate about providing sales leadership, training, and sales coaching to maximize community sales results.
• An excellent communicator who can handle stressful, urgent, and diverse work situations.
• Committed to providing signature service to our residents, associates, vendors, and investors.
• A sales professional who maximizes revenue through increased closing ratios and by exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations.

You Have…

• 1-2 years previous experience in residential property management sales
