Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Prepare the lease and move-in package, ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Design and implement marketing activities to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing leases.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are ready for occupancy, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Stays informed about market conditions, develops marketing plans, and follows policies to boost occupancy.
