Job summary

Hawthorne is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and help convert leads into leases while maintaining a welcoming community atmosphere.

Responsibilities include organizing resident events, promoting the property, and supporting branding efforts. The role offers a clear growth path and a positive, service-oriented environment aligned with the Live It culture.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours that highlight the lifestyle and value of the community.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and new move-in paperwork.
