Hawthorne is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, conduct personalized tours, and respond to inquiries. You will help convert leads to leases, assist move-ins, and contribute to community occupancy and renewal goals.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a positive attitude, and a customer-first service mindset within Hawthorne’s Live It culture. Training and growth opportunities are available through our Career Path Program.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Sales and/or apartment leasing experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License may be required for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents warmly and professionally.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and web promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Assist with move-in paperwork and verifications.
• Attend resident events and promote community engagement.
