Job summary

Hawthorne is seeking a Part Time Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, tour apartments, and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism. In this role, you’ll be the face of the community, promoting a welcoming environment and driving leasing activity across our Southeast communities.

This position supports our Live It culture, offers growth through a Career Path Program, and includes part-time hours with a 40-hour schedule expectation, plus occasional evenings/weekends for events.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• One year of customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours that highlight lifestyle and value.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives.
