Qualifications

• Customer service experience and sales-focused mindset preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Lead personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and web promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork.
• Assist in resident events and community engagement.
• Support marketing efforts through social media outreach and local market awareness.
