Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing preferred.
• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism during tours.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting the community's lifestyle and value.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
