Hawthorne Residential Partners in Durham is seeking Leasing Consultants known as Leasing & Live It Specialists. You will lead apartment tours, respond to inquiries, and create standout experiences that make residents feel welcomed and at home.

The role emphasizes lively customer service, relationship-building, and community events, with training and a clear career path. Open Monday–Friday 9-6 and Saturday 10-4; occasional evenings for events.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required.
• High School or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• A CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up, relationship-building, and understanding resident needs.
• Coordinate resident events and promote a welcoming environment.
