Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• One year of customer service or leasing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects warmly and conduct apartment tours.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email and web promptly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork.
• Coordinate resident events and maintain a welcoming office.
