Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service or leasing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CALP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow‑up and relationship‑building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move‑in paperwork.
• Attend and support resident events; promote community engagement.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming office and common areas.
• Assist with social media marketing and local outreach to raise awareness.
