You will coordinate resident events, assist with applications and move-in processes, and contribute to occupancy goals while representing our Live It culture with empathy and professional service.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• One year of customer service, sales and/or apartment leasing experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions with prospective residents through warm, professional interactions.
• Convert leads to leases via follow-up, relationship-building, and understanding resident needs.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork accurately.
