Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CALP accreditation is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value.
• Respond to inquiries promptly via phone, email, and web.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and understanding resident needs.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in papers.
