Hawthorne Residential Partners in McDonough, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, conduct engaging apartment tours, and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

You will champion Hawthorne’s Live It culture by building relationships, coordinating resident events, and supporting occupancy goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences at our community.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork.
