Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a Leasing Consultant to lead engaging apartment tours, respond to inquiries, and foster resident relationships. You will promote the community, coordinate events, and support occupancy goals while embodying the Live It culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or leasing experience; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork accurately.
• Attend resident events and maintain a welcoming office environment.
