Job summary

ONYX Multifamily Group, based in San Marcos, TX, is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing process, lead the leasing team, and partner with the Property Manager to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. This is a full-time, on-site role at Ranch at 1856.

The candidate will manage daily leasing operations, conduct property tours, review applications, and coordinate with marketing to promote available units while ensuring Fair Housing compliance and excellent resident experience.

Qualifications

• Leasing leadership and multifamily experience matter for this role.
• Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, applications, tenant screening, lease documentation, and renewals.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and applicable leasing regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to support occupancy goals and leasing performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and support leasing team members.
• Oversee the leasing process from inquiries to lease execution.
• Monitor occupancy, traffic, applications, conversions, renewals and other leasing metrics.
