Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Manager to oversee leasing, training and support across 12+ Minneapolis-area communities. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong leadership, and proactive marketing to sustain leasing performance across the portfolio.

The position requires coordinating marketing plans, leading the leasing team, and ensuring move-in readiness while maintaining accurate unit availability and timely applications.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum as a leasing consultant in the multi-family industry.
• At least one year in a management role related to marketing and/or advertising in the multi-family sector.
• Fluent English with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle duties for two or more apartment communities.
• Train and manage the leasing team.
• Lead leasing team in sales efforts.
• Direct leasing team in external marketing and advertising efforts.
• Develop and execute marketing plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist in market surveys as needed.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
• Update unit availability daily.
• Process rental applications and maintenance requests.
• Collect rents in accordance with company standards.
• Provide clerical and phone support.
• Maintain all community files and move-in readiness checks.
• Resolve resident complaints and escalate as needed.
• Conduct move-out walks when required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
