Qualifications

• Two years of experience in residential property management required.
• Knowledge of state housing laws and fair housing compliance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with property software.

Responsibilities

• Handle duties for two or more apartment communities.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist in conducting market surveys.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Update unit availability daily and process rental applications.
• Handle maintenance work orders and clerical duties.
• Maintain resident files and inspection readiness for move-ins.
• Collect past due balances and manage collections.
• Adhere to policies and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Support move-ins, move-outs, and deposit accounting.
