Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking an hourly Leasing Manager for our Virginia Beach property. You will oversee daily leasing, lead a small team, greet and tour market-ready apartments, and efficiently process applications to ensure a smooth move-in process for residents.

You will work full-time with weekend shifts and earn commissions based on move-ins, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of residential property management leasing or sales experience.
• Proven supervisory and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily leasing activities and achieve weekly goals.
• Lead and support a small leasing team and drive traffic.
• Greet and tour market-ready apartments; answer questions and process applications and fees.
• Support residents through move-in and renewals; maintain high service standards.
