ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Manager in Austin, TX to drive leasing performance and brand presence for our asset portfolio. You will lead onboarding for new team members, mentor leasing staff, and coordinate pricing strategies to meet sales and service goals.

You will build corporate outreach, attend resident activities, and participate in weekly leasing calls to align on client vision and market trends. This role emphasizes leadership and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring leasing associates and communicating expectations.
• Ability to analyze pricing and market trends to optimize rents.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate brand awareness for the assigned asset to reach target audiences.
• Ensure best practices in operations and sales across the portfolio.
• Onboard and train new leasing team members on sales expectations and client vision.
• Mentor leasing associates and provide additional training when needed.
• Establish outreach to HR contacts for preferred employers in target markets.
• Evaluate resident demographics to identify trends and employer bases.
• Identify traffic sources in submarkets and track results.
• Attend monthly resident activities to promote referrals and market research.
• Complete monthly competitor secret shops and report trends and concessions.
• Assist with pricing analysis and preleasing for new openings; support grand openings.
• Contribute to creative collateral for new assets and participate in weekly leasing calls.
