Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing/Growth Manager in California to drive brand awareness and leasing performance across a portfolio of assets. You will engage the submarket through local events, mentor team members, and assist in pricing strategies while coordinating with Property/Regional leadership.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR contacts, data-driven market insights, and execution of preleasing plans to ensure successful openings and optimal resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Ability to mentor staff and train new team members.
• Strong pricing and market analysis skills.
• Effective communication with HR and clients.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate brand awareness for assigned assets and engage local submarkets.
• Ensure best practices for operating and sales across the portfolio.
• Assist onboarding of new leasing team members with expectations and vision.
• Mentor leasing associates and provide additional training as needed.
• Develop corporate outreach contacts with HR for employers in target markets.
• Identify traffic sources and attend resident activities to promote referrals.
• Conduct monthly competitor secret shops and report market trends.
• Lead and motivate teams with positive leadership.
• Assist in data collection, pricing recommendations, and site walks for premiums.
• Support preleasing kick-offs for new openings and communicate resident experience.
• Assist with creative/brand collateral for new assets.
• Participate in weekly leasing calls and report to RVP/Regional Managers.
