You will coordinate tours, approvals, renewals, and daily leasing operations, collaborating with the Community Manager and Marketing Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and an eye for detail. This full-time, non-exempt role offers hourly pay, benefits, and a bonus eligible plan.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Effective communicator in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with leasing software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and maintain curb appeal for a positive first impression.
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy and approve or escalate as needed.
• Monitor the Entrata dashboard and ensure follow-up within 24 hours of inquiry.
• Coordinate unit placement based on availability, terms, and preferences.
• Onboard and train new leasing hires on systems and processes.
