Kairoi in Bozeman, MT seeks a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team and drive resident satisfaction. You will manage leasing from inquiry to lease signing, coordinate move-ins/outs, and stay current on features, pricing, and availability.

Use Yardi or RealPage for data, applications, and leases; support marketing efforts and retention programs; ensure Fair Housing compliance and strong customer service throughout the community.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in leasing or sales in the multifamily industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi or RealPage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the leasing team, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring high customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of property's features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Utilize Yardi or RealPage to manage resident information, applications, and leases.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs with necessary information.
• Assist with planning and executing resident retention programs and community events.
• Support marketing efforts, including updating listings and social media engagement.
• Maintain records of resident interactions and ensure compliance with laws.
• Assist the Assistant Community Director with tasks such as communications and coordinating maintenance.
