Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in residential leasing.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• High energy, positive and professional demeanor.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise leasing team to achieve occupancy goals.
• Oversee prospect management, tours, lease execution, and follow-ups.
• Partner with Property Manager to develop marketing, advertising, and outreach strategies.
• Review applicant files, verifications, and documentation for compliance with policies and Fair Housing requirements.
• Monitor vacancy reports, make-ready status, leasing activity, and occupancy trends.
