Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising leasing activities, reviewing applications for compliance, and reporting occupancy trends. A strong background in residential leasing and excellent communication are essential, with Yardi experience

Qualifications

• Experience in residential leasing (3–5 years)
• Familiarity with Yardi software is preferred
• Weekend availability is required
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required

Responsibilities

• Lead and train leasing team to meet occupancy goals
• Oversee leasing activities including tours, applications, and renewals
• Develop marketing and outreach strategies to drive traffic and maximize occupancy
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
• Analyze leasing performance and occupancy trends
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness and positive resident experience
