Job summary

Cornerstone Apartments in Denver, CO is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to process applications, coordinate leases, and guide prospects through move-in. This in-office role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge of leasing procedures.

You will communicate decisions, verify renter's insurance, generate leases, and work with property managers to schedule keys and showings while maintaining RentCafe/Yardi records and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience providing exceptional customer service in leasing or property management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with leasing/property management is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Outgoing, patient, and quick to learn new processes.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Funnel, Yardi) is a plus.
• Familiarity with RentCafe is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process applications and background checks for prospect tenants.
• Communicate approval/denial decisions and provide reasons.
• Generate leases and email signing information to residents.
• Verify renter's insurance and collect documentation.
• Countersign leases after all pages are signed.
• Coordinate with residents and portfolio managers for move-in.
• Meet new residents, review lease terms, and introduce them to the property manager.
• Answer leasing line questions and assist with property inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge base of rentable items ( parking, storage ).
• Schedule unit cleanings prior to move-in and update concessions.
