Job summary

Cornerstone Apartments is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to lease apartments, show features, and convert prospects into residents in Denver. You will handle inquiries, follow up via multiple channels, and manage showings with warm leads while supporting team goals.

Required are 2+ years in sales or leasing, customer service experience, and a valid driver's license. CRM experience is preferred; base+commission compensation includes benefits and PTO.

This role will provide you with warm leads, which allows you to focus on face-to-face sales out in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lease apartments – showing and selling the features and benefits of renting to prospective tenants.
• Provide information and answer all questions to prospective tenants.
• Follow up with prospects during sales process via email, phone, texts.
• Report prospect and pricing feedback.
• Take ownership of filling and managing your calendar with showings with warm leads via emails, texts, and phone calls.
• Respond to email, phone, and walk-in leads.
• Provide yearly scorecards for each building.
• Involvement and effective communication with all departments within the Company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Compensation Package

• $55,000 - $65,000 estimated annual income (including commissions and bonus)
• 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, earned on an accrual basis, Sick Pay, Parental leave
• 9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday
• 401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary

Working Conditions

Full time Saturday- Tuesday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch. Position spends time within the office and field.
