Responsibilities

• Compile and update economic deal term analyses and letters of intent.
• Review leases to assess landlord leasing potential.
• Update quarterly portfolio summaries and run lease-related reports.
• Coordinate with brokers on market data, site plans, and commissions.
• Assist with budgeting, market comps, and term research.
• Support lead-to-lease processes and training for internal stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings with Tenants, brokers, and leasing team members.
• Perform administrative duties and travel arrangements.
